The impressive 5.6 Million dollar park revitalization project in downtown Arlington Virginia covered 2.3 acres of complex site utility construction and public use space in 14 months.

WORK IN PROGRESS
The underground utilities consisted of over 5 miles of underground storm drain, water, sewer and electrical piping.
The arrogation system includes 10,000 square feet of Epic Chambers, 7,000 square feet bio retention ponds and 5,000 square feet of underground Silva Cell system below the parks decorated concrete surface.

Above ground, park amenities hosts a playground area and equipment for ages 2 -12 years artificial turf playing field, interactive public water fountain feature, climbing wall, mosaic tile pedestrian seating wall and custom agronomic benches built from Brazilian wood.
